On all items we offer Free Express Worldwide Shipping and use FedEx or DHL.
Please note that you might be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country you are ordering to. Customs fees and duties are on the customer’s charge.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
It usually takes 5-7 business days to get your order. We strive to ship your parcel on the day we receive your order. Please note that delivery times are indications given by the shipping companies and that Sleeping Gypsy cannot be held responsible for them.

Do You Gift Wrap?
Sleeping Gypsy packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. Our boxes are artist-designed, chic, recycled and recyclable. They are free of charge and each item will be perfect when you receive it. We can also add a customized card for you, just send us the text to email@example.com.

How Do I Place An Order?
Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the cart to see its contents in the ‘Cart’ section at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select ‘Checkout’ from the Cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our checkout process.
What does pre-order mean?
When demand is really high and our stock is low, we give you the option to pre-order your Vyshyvankas. We’ll give you an estimated time frame and make sure you receive your order as soon as stock is available.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
How Do I Track My Order?
When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us on email@example.com and we will track the order on your behalf.
How Can I Exchange Or Return a Product?
You want to exchange an item or return us an item and get a refund? Not a problem! We offer return and exchange within 14 days after receipt. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. If you want to exchange an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item to confirm the right size is available.
Please return the item using a trackable service at your own cost and notify Sleeping Gypsy of the shipment details.
We will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a “restocking fee” or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with our Return Policy, or for any Refund that you initiate. Customs fees and duties are on the customer’s charge.
We will process the refund within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to exchange an item with an item whose price is different, the difference will be paid by you or refunded to you.
