Return & Refund Policy
You want to exchange an item or return us an item and get a refund? Not a problem! We offer return and exchange within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and with product tags attached. If you want to exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com before returning the item in order to confirm the right size is available.
Please return the item using a trackable service at your own cost and notify Sleeping Gypsy of the shipment details.
We will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a “restocking fee” or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with our Return Policy, or for any Refund that you initiate. Customs fees and duties are on the customer’s charge.
We will process the refund within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you want to exchange an item with an item whose price is different, the difference will be paid by you or refunded to you.
